As Corona virus spread, almost all our customers have to instruct employees to work from home or remotely. We have enabled our customers to restart operations by sanitizing their office premises using certified and effective material by adapting internationally recommended SOPs.
Challenge
Our Client is an MNC having its corporate headquarter in Mumbai. When govt has allowed reopening of offices with 30% workforce biggest challenge was to remove the fear about safety and instilling the confidence in the people about work place hygiene. We had a huge task of thoroughly sanitizing multiple floors of the office building using the right safety measures to ensure that the staff can rejoin without hesitation and fear.
Solution
Neaten has always been equipped with all the modern cleaning technologies, material and machinery. We have high capacity vacuum cleaners and industry grade steam disinfection machines. Our expert and experienced team started off by surveying the premises in and out. First the small particles of dirt and dust were removed from the premises and then the suitable chemical disinfectants were used to sanitize open surfaces be it metal, wood, plastic or ceramic. Carpets and fabrics were cleaned and sanitized using low-moisture carpet encapsulation method following the recommendation based on fabric type.CDC approved chemicals were used within safety limits to clean each and every corner of the premises. We have effectively sanitized over 14000 sq ft and were able to achieve 100& area coverage.
Outcome
We have been able to achieve a much greater level of cleanliness for our client during the course of setting up office building to welcome the return of employees after a long duration. We have ensured optimal treatment of high risk surfaces and fixtures .High quality personal protection equipments were used to rule out any risk of contamination.
We have prepared a detail SOP document, which was displayed in the common areas, to create awareness among the employees about safety measures to follow. Neaten team work very efficiently and completed the entire cleaning and sanitizing process in a very short span of 3 days.
