Solution

Ducts of the kitchen exhaust system get clogged with grease .The grease also stick to the thin blades of the heat exchanger which results in it working at a low efficiency. To ensure that the heat exchanger operates properly and at optimum efficiency it is mandatory to clean the extract air from grease.
